“Platform Users”: These are the users who are authorised to log in to the Gritup Platform, such as practitioners, entity staff like owners, assistants, therapists, receptionists

“Clients”: These are the clients of the entity. They are onboarded and managed by respective Entity Users on the Gritup Platform.

“Service”: Refers to the services provided by us to the Platform Users and Clients.

“Personal Information”: Includes any information that can be used to identify an individual.
